The Throne is an angel of the order of thrones, the living seat of judgement. Once it opened one or two eyes a century; since rebels began climbing into the Garden, nearly all are open. Eyes on its rings seek you, and the longer they see you, the closer the verdict beam: hide behind pillars and put out its eyes.
The Throne saw all that happened at its foot with every eye at once. The Seven could not kill it — whoever kills the Throne kills the right to judge — so they turned its eyes outward. It judges by the Law whoever is out of place, and sees all but those who sit upon it. Only when it closes a ruined eye does it look inward, for a moment.

Gaze and verdict
While the eyes see you, a mark grows. Full — a thread reaches you for 0.85 s, then the beam: 44 in a 1.1 m circle. A pillar in the way takes the beam.
Hide from the eyes behind a pillar, and the beam shall fall upon the stone.
Rings and core
An eye has 120 toughness. Put out every eye on a ring and it breaks: the Throne loses 7% health and its core opens for 9 s. A closed core takes only 30%.
Blind the ring, and the heart of the Throne shall open.
Pillars
At the start 6 cover pillars rise. From the Ruin phase beams crack them: 3 cracks and a pillar topples, 30 along its length.
The pillar sheltereth, but even the pillar is not forever.
Choir
Sound waves — 1, later 2 and 3 — run at 6.5 m/s. The edge is low — jump it, 18.
The choir runneth low along the ground; leap to its song.
Plumes
Each ring fires fans of feathers at chest height — 9, can't be jumped. They die against pillars.
The plumes fly at the height of the breast; stand behind a pillar.
Throne's light
The core gathers light for 1.8 s — a flash of 32 hits everyone visible from the core. Stand in a pillar's shadow.
The Throne's light passeth not through stone; stand in the shadow.
Call
3 Wisps of Eden rise around it — shoot them from afar.
