And the dogs that kept the yards became a pack, and forgot their masters. — Chronicle of the Ruins 2:4
Yard dogs outlived their people and breathed the heat from under the asphalt: mangy, smouldering, hunting in packs. One howls and the whole pack surges forward.
Leap
Crouches for 0.42 s and leaps 2.6 m at where you were. Bite: 8. Dodge sideways — it misses.
The dog leapeth where thou wast; be not there.
Howl
Snout up for 0.9 s — every dog within 10 m runs 1.45x faster and leaps more often for 4 s. Hits don't stop it: hear the howl, back up to a wall so they can't surround you.
When thou hearest the howl, set thy back to a wall, for the pack cometh from behind.
